Maimaar Construction Inc, is seeking Construction Site for its Commercial Projects within and around Ontario.

The position is an immediate opening and long term based. Reporting to the Firm's Partners you will be working with our Sub Contractors, Trades and Clients to plan, execute, and handle construction site at Civil / Mechanical / Electrical aspects from the proposal stage. Carries good understanding for local municipal requirements, Codes, Acts and Regulations affecting the building and site development industry;

Responsibilities include the following:

• Completing assignments with minimal guidance.
• Coordinating & Control Sub Contractors on project.
• Performing project coordination tasks including communications with Clients, managing schedules, budgets, and reporting requirements.
• Communicating effectively and clearly, written and verbal.
• Executing projects in accordance with company guidelines and standards.
• Participating in scheduling, budgeting, tendering, and inspection.
• Acting as the primary contact for all project-related Client & Company Site Inspector communications.

Job Requirements:

• Engineering Qualification from an accredited post-secondary institution.
• Working Knowledge of the Ontario Building Code.
• Ability to read Architectural / Construction Drawings.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a commercial/ residential construction projects execution.
• Proven ability to liaise and manage Clients, Contractors, and other Consultants’ relationships.
• Results oriented and ability to work under pressure.
• Demonstrated prioritization, problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to liaise effectively and clearly.
• Proficient in use of MS Office.
• Valid Ontario G Drivers License and access to a vehicle.
